About Troy B. Thompson Photography
I love taking photos. My family will tell you the story of when I was little and got a toy camera, how upset I was when it didn't really work. Soon after I got a real one, then in high school a better real camera from my grandmother that lasted me through college and through Europe.
A few years after I graduated, I went digital with a Nikon Coolpix 950 for my business, and then a few years ago, I upgraded to a Nikon Coolpix 5400, then a Nikon D70s. I now use a Nikon D90 for all of my work.
My photography reflects my interests: hiking, traveling, and exploring museums. I've also become the person that takes all the photos at cookouts, birthday parties, and special events. Most recently, I'm the unofficial personal portrait photographer of my daughter, but I promise not to post too many baby photos here.
When I'm not taking photos or spending time with friends and family, I'm designing websites for my company, Daedal Creations, Inc. And I sometimes take photos for those clients too...
